Dr. Jeffrey K. Chapman is board certified by the American Board of Plastic Surgery; he is also certified for Additional Qualifications of Surgery of the Hand. Dr. Chapman earned his medical degree from the University of North Dakota, Grand Forks. He completed seven years of residency, in Emergency Medicine and in General Surgery at Wright State University, Ohio. His plastic surgery residency of two years was completed at University of Wisconsin, Madison. He was additionally certified for hand surgery by fulfilling the Fellowship for Hand Surgery at the University of Minnesota, Minneapolis. He started his private plastic surgery practice in Fargo, North Dakota in 1995. In 2003, Dr. Chapman relocated his practice to Ft. Collins, CO.
Dr Chapman is a member of the American Society of Plastic Surgeons and Colorado Society of Plastic Surgeons. He obtained Level II Accreditation in Neurology and Upper Extremity by the Colorado Division of Worker's Compensation. Dr. Chapman served as Chief of Surgery at Poudre Valley Hospital in Fort Collins for two years and is on the clinical specialists staff at Colorado State University.

Reconstruction procedures are performed for birth defects, cleft lip/palate and nose/earring hold tears, defects caused by trauma, cancer and disease. Non-surgical treatments are also available, such as microdermabrasion, Botox, Juvederm, chemical peels and professional skin care products.
Dr. Chapman's area of surgical expertise also includes the following surgical procedures for the hand; repair of fractures, tendon, nerve and blood vessel repair, amputations and re-plantation, carpal tunnel syndrome, trigger finger, Dupytren's, wrist arthroscopy, tendonitis, DeQuervain's, birth defects, and claw hands. He also performs arthroscopic surgery and treatment of complex wrist disorders.
Dr. Chapman is available for consultations in the Fort Collins, Loveland and Estes Park offices. An in-office surgery suite is available for some procedures in both the Fort Collins and Estes Park offices. He treats patients from all Northern Colorado communities, Wyoming, Nebraska and Eastern Colorado areas. Dr Chapman has surgical privileges for all his procedures in Fort Collins, Loveland and Estes Park, Colorado, at these facilities: Poudre Valley Hospital, The Surgery Center of Fort Collins, Harmony Ambulatory Surgery Center, Skyline Surgery Center, McKee Medical Center, Medical Center of the Rockies and Estes Park Medical Center.
