Introduction

Dr. Edwards Andrew Luce has been in the clinical practice of plastic surgery for 30 years. He is a Board certified Plastic Surgeon, and is a past Chairman of the American Board of Plastic Surgery.

Dr. Luce earned his medical degree from University of Kentucky. Postgraduate Training then continued at Barnes Hospital, Washington University, St Louis, and at John Hopkins Hospital in Baltimore. He continued Fellowships at John Hopkins Hospital Baltimore, and Barnes Hospital St. Louis. Dr. Luce has held a number of prestigious academic appointments throughout his career. Until recently, he was Chief of Plastic Surgery at the University Hospital and is the past-president of the American Society of Plastic Surgery (The National Society of Board-Certified Plastic Surgeons), The American Society of Maxillofacial Surgery, and the Southeastern Society of Plastic and Reconstructive Surgeons.

Dr. Luce’s national recognition is exemplified by his election in AMERICA’S TOP DOCS and in all four editions of BEST DOCTORS IN AMERICA. He has also been listed in "Guide to America's Top Plastic Surgeons" 2008 edition.
