Dr. Dascombe earned his medical qualification from The Medical College of Hampton Road where he graduated in the top 15% of his class. This was followed by a three year residency in plastic surgery at the University of Pittsburgh. Dr. Dascombe also completed further fellowship training in Austria, France and Belgium.
Dr. Dascombe has also been awarded an extensive selection of prestigious awards including the Robert H. Ivy Award for Plastic Surgery-1994, The American College of Surgeons Award-1992 and The Roche Basic Science Award-1990 amongst many others.
