Introduction
Dr Gupta is board-certified by the American Board of Plastic Surgery, and he is a Diplomat of both the American Board of Surgery and the American Board of Plastic Surgery. Dr Gupta completed his undergraduate and post-graduate degrees at Boston University. Upon completion of his medical degree, Dr Gupta began his training in surgery, completing his General Surgery residency at Huron Hospital, Cleveland Clinic Health System. His awards there included Resident of the Year, and he was designated a Chief Resident in the Department of Surgery. Dr Gupta's subsequent training in plastic surgery was completed at the Medical College of Ohio and St. Vincent's Mercy Hospital, Toledo. Dr. Gupta is also a Fellow of the American College of Surgeons.
As well as providing a wide range of plastic surgery procedures at his private practice, Artisan Cosmetic Surgery Center, Dr Gupta is also a valued and esteemed surgeon with plastic surgical privileges at St. Anne's Hospital in Sylvania, St. Charles Hospital in Oregon, St. Vincent's Hospital, Toledo Hospital, Bay Park Community Hospital and St. Luke's Hospital. Dr. Gupta is also currently the Chief of Plastic Surgery at St. Charles Hospital.
