Dr. Scott. J. Zevon is a Fellow of the American College of Surgeons (FACS), and is board certified by the American Board of Plastic Surgery. After receiving his Medical Degree from Boston University School of Medicine, he continued his surgery training at St. Luke's-Roosevelt Hospital Center as a resident and chief resident, at Nassau County Medical Center as a plastic surgery resident and chief resident, and at the Mayo Clinic as a Visiting Physician in Craniofacial Surgery. Dr. Zevon likes to keep abreast of the latest advances in surgical technique, thus, he is active in the American Society of Plastic Surgeons, the American Society for Aesthetic Plastic Surgery, the Lipoplasty Society of North America, the Northeastern Society of Plastic Surgeons, and the NY Regional Society of Plastic Surgeons.
Dr. Zevon has been in plastic surgery practice since 1986. He is an attending physician at St. Luke's-Roosevelt Hospital; for patients who prefer hospital-based surgery, he has full privileges for plastic surgery procedures. Since 1986, he has been a Clinical Instructor of Plastic Surgery at Columbia University College of Physicians & Surgeons.
