Introduction
Dr. David Abramson is Board Certified by the American Board of Surgery as well as the American Board of Plastic Surgery. Dr. Abramson earned his Undergraduate degree from The Johns Hopkins University in Baltimore and graduated Phi Beta Kapa. He continued his education at New York University School of Medicine and received his Medical degree in 1988.
After graduating from medical school, Dr. Abramson completed a residency in General Surgery at the State University of New York Health Science Center at Brooklyn. In 1993, Dr. Abramson completed his second residency in Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery at the esteemed Harvard/Brigham/Children’s Division of Plastic Surgery in Boston, MA. Dr. Abramson concluded his education with a fellowship in Craniofacial Surgery.
Dr. Abramson held a faculty appointment at prestigious Harvard Medical School while living in Boston and is now currently an Associate Professor of Surgery at the State University of New York. Dr. Abramson also held the distinction of being the Program Director of the oldest Plastic Surgery residency program in the United States. Dr. Abramson has also been named the chief resident in the department of plastic surgery at Englewood Hospital and Medical Center.
Dr. Abramson performs a wide variety of surgical procedures which include: Abdominoplasty, Breast Augmentation, Breast Lift, Breast Reduction, Breast Reconstruction, Otoplasty, Facelift Surgery, Browlift Surgery, Rhinoplasty, Eyelid Surgery, Male Breast Reduction and Liposuction.
