He obtained his medical degree from New York Medical College and received his advanced training in Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery at the University of Texas Medical Branch where he also served as Chief Resident.
Dr. Cuber continues his studies in new methods in plastic and reconstructive surgery and has numerous publications in medical journals and textbooks.
