Introduction

Dr. Jay Rosenberg is a surgeon experienced in all facets of cosmetic and reconstructive surgery.  In practice at Valley Plastic Surgery Center since 1976, he is a graduate of the University of Illinois and received his medical degree from The Chicago Medical School. He then completed a general surgery residency and a plastic surgery residency at Presbyterian – St. Luke’s Hospital in Chicago. 

While at Presbyterian St. Luke's Hospital, Dr. Rosenberg held the position of Clinical Instructor at Rush Medical College and Chief Resident in both the departments of general surgery and plastic and reconstructive surgery. He received the Fremont A. Chandler Scholarship Prize and the Rush Medical College Prize for Research.

Dr. Rosenberg has been featured in People Magazine as a leading surgeon in laser surgery.

Dr. Rosenberg performs the following procedures: breast augmentation, breast lift, breast reduction, male breast reduction, arm lift, liposuction, thigh lift, tummy tuck, brow lift, chin surgery, eyelid surgery, facelift, lip augmentation, neck lift, otoplasty and rhinoplasty.

Dr. Rosenberg is board certified with the American Board of Plastic Surgery and is a member of the Lipoplasty Society of North America. He is also a Fellow in the American College of Surgeons (F.A.C.S.) and a member of the Chicago Society of Plastic Surgery. Dr. Rosenberg is affiliated with Sherman Hospital and Provena St. Joseph Hospital in Elgin, Illinois.
