Question
I had a chin implant 16 months ago. If find that my chin now more and more changes. If I normally keep my mouth closed, two deep vertical lines like stretched skin show right over the tip of my chin . Further, above the implant / under my lip, a very deep horizontal wrinkle appeared which can be seen when I talk or eat, it really looks very unnatural. Last but not least, the overall surface of my skin of the chin gets more and more uneven on all places. I'm not sure what to do. I think the implant might be too large or too high. I'm concerned about damage and making this worse if I mess with it. Can something like this be repaired? Thank you!
Answer
Go back to your plastic surgeon and tell him/her these problems. It might be possible to remove the implant with no consequences.
