I'm 20 and I would like to get a chin implant. My main concern is that this is not a good idea because I play karate and it is possible that there might be impact on the implant area. So I am worried that it might fall out of place or shift. What type of chin implant would u suggest I get as in which one would be more stable? or will i have to give up on contact sports?

I am unaware of a case in which a chin implant was dislocated from trauma, but it might be possible. A Porex implant might have the best adherence.
