Hi, I am 49 and I had breast augmentation 18 years ago. I have been considering replacing them soon due to age of the implants and also the changes in my breast. The Dr. placed these under the muscle. Do you recommend implants above the muscle to help lift my breast . I saw one surgeon who wanted to move the nipples as well to give a lifted appearence . My surgeon recommended that I have my implants placed in front of the muscle, is this more dangerous than behind the muscle? Harder to read a mammogram or even do one? Will they look more fake in front?

I have size 36DD breast but since they are natural big, they are not nice and round and perky. I like my size but I want them nice and full and perky. Would a little implant to give them that fullness that I am looking for and make them perky? They are not in really bad shape but since I had a baby, they got bigger while pregnant and breast feeding and went back to the normal size. But the skin stretched from them being full with milk. I dont like how I have some extra skin on my breast. Others cant tell but I can.

Hi, I just had my augmentation 6 months ago, and my left breast is lower than the right by about an inch, and there seems to be "dent" at the top. My doctor said that this was because the muscle is still attached there, but I also have a protruding rib there, so I dont know if that might be the problem, or I have been researching, and "bottoming out" seems to relate to what I have also. What do you think is the problem? And what do you suggest that I do?

My surgeon wnats to go in and tack the pocket and another wants to redo the pocket and create an internal bra,and one wants to make them over the muscle.
