Dr. Clement P. Cotter Jr., is an American Board Certified Plastic Surgeon who earned his undergraduate's degree from the University of Alabama in Tuscaloosa. Dr. Cotter then went on to earn his Medical degree from the University of Alabama in Birmingham.

After earning his Medical degree, he went on to complete rigorous training and residencies.  He completed his General Surgery residency from the Carraway Methodist Medical Center from 1982-1985. He then went to the University of Louisville to complete his Plastic Surgery residency from 1985-1987.

Dr. Cotter is currently a part of several different national medical societies and associations:
